Their major goal is to make money through bookings. And that is reasonable. However, the program is unable to process simple information and forgets information during the chat. I was unable to get a 5 day DC visit plan. There are better services.

App DOENS’T work. Chat support doesn’t help. Takes days to “work on the bug.” You spend time working on a detailed trip, then it crashes and you lose the chat, itinerary, EVERYTHING!! Such a waste of time!!
