Block Pals

The app has completely stopped working. It won’t even load to the main game screen—I just get an endless loading spinner every time I try to open it. I genuinely enjoyed this game and had invested a lot of time into it, which makes this even more disappointing. I’ve already tried offloading the app and redownloading it, but the issue still persists. I know it’s not my iPhone because every other app on my device works perfectly fine except for this one. What’s especially frustrating is that deleting and reinstalling the app entirely could potentially erase all of my progress, meaning all the time and effort I’ve put into reaching so many levels would be lost. Right now, the game is completely unplayable, which feels like a waste of the time I’ve invested. I’m giving it 1 star until this issue is resolved. Developers, please fix this loading problem so I can continue playing. If the issue is addressed and the game becomes playable again, I’d be happy to update my review.
