I really wanted to like Cleo because an AI home organizer is exactly the kind of app I’m looking for. Unfortunately, the free experience was too limited for me to tell whether the paid organizer is actually useful. I only got one free try, and during that session the app basically functioned like other AI cleaning apps I’ve used rather than giving me the deeper organizing help I was hoping for. Then the task disappeared mid-process when my phone went to sleep, so I lost what I was working on. Now I’m behind a paywall and being asked to pay before I’ve really had a chance to see what the organizer can do. The monthly price is inexpensive, but I don’t think users should have to pay just to properly evaluate the core feature. I’d be much more likely to subscribe if there were a few free organizing sessions, or if active tasks reliably stayed saved when the app closes or the phone sleeps. The idea is great, but the trial experience didn’t give me enough confidence to pay for it.

Even with premium there is no upload button in the AI chat for photos and I can’t scan or do anything. Hope this is fixed asap, glad I’m only out $4 but still, highly frustrating
