With the app, you can:

Book in-home tech service quickly and easily View and manage your past service visits Receive updates and notifications about your booking Manage your account and preferences (optional) No complicated setup required. You can book service as a guest, or create an optional account to save your information and view your service history.

Some users may choose to subscribe to optional service plans for added convenience and ongoing support. Subscriptions are optional and can be managed at any time through your Apple ID settings.
