Designed for patients enrolled in Trinity Health & Home Services remote monitoring programs, CareView pairs with compatible iHealth® Bluetooth blood pressure monitors to capture readings and securely share them with your care team so they can track your progress between visits.

How it works:

Take a reading with guided steps in the app

Your results are saved on your phone and synced to your care team when you are online

View your reading history in the app
