Define your own check-in routine by entering a name, composing an optional personal message, and selecting a check-in interval. Then add backup Email Addresses of trusted contacts. They will be notified via email in addition to your in-app contacts if you miss a check-in .

Add in-app contacts effortlessly by sharing invitation links. A simple click on the link will connect you to its creator. After that, you will be able to see each others check-in status and receive push notifications when a check-in is missed.
