Document Scanning Use your camera to capture high-quality scans. The app handles edge detection and perspective correction automatically. You can scan single documents or multiple pages in one session.

System Organization Sort your uploads directly into the correct system folders: Purchase Invoices, Expense Invoices, Z-Report Sales, and Assets. You can also view your local history grouped by date to verify what you have already scanned.

Cloud Sync & Offline Mode Every scan is automatically uploaded to your Zen365 account. If you lose internet access, the app saves your files locally and syncs them as soon as you are back online. You can view the status of every document to confirm it has been received.

Secure Access Connect your device quickly using a secure 6-character pairing code. All data is transmitted using standard encryption.
