CPAK Classification Use knee alignment measurements to generate CPAK classification with type-specific visual results. Osteotomy Planning Plan and simulate HTO, DFO, and Double-Level Osteotomy. Calculate correction angles, wedge sizes, predicted alignment, and visualize correction on radiographs.
