Gahshomar is an educational Chrome extension that brings Iran’s ancient Imperial calendar to your fingertips. It supports three calendar systems—Shahenshahi (Imperial), Solar Hijri, and Gregorian—and lets you convert dates instantly while exploring pivotal historical events and cultural milestones.

The app features a clean, RTL-friendly interface with dark/light modes, home screen widgets for quick date viewing, and multilingual support (Persian and English). It also includes educational content on the origins of Persian month names, their connections to the zodiac, and traditional celebrations. An independent project, it preserves Iran’s calendrical heritage without government affiliation.
