• Focus is a Pomodoro-style timer built around Apple Watch, designed to help you start quickly and stay in a steady rhythm.

On Apple Watch, you can choose between three modes: • Focus • Short Break • Long Break

Once started, the watch shows a clean countdown interface that keeps your attention on the current session.

Your iPhone companion app automatically syncs and displays your activity, including: • Today’s progress • Trend overview • Separate tracking for focus, short breaks, and long breaks • Game Center leaderboards for total and recent focus minutes

You can use local focus stats without signing in. Game Center is only needed when you want to view leaderboards.

If you want more flexibility, a one-time Premium upgrade unlocks custom durations and longer auto-restart chains.
