Sowbaghya is a service support application designed to help customers raise service requests and enable technicians to efficiently manage and resolve on-site service issues.

Customers can create service tickets, upload images related to the issue, and track the status of their requests. Technicians can view assigned tickets, navigate to customer locations, and update service progress directly from the app.
