Using Evgenis, delivery personnel can:

Access to the app requires valid credentials issued by EC Pack. The application is publicly available to ensure seamless onboarding of delivery personnel, including temporary and contract-based drivers.

The app may use device features such as camera and media access strictly for delivery operations, including barcode scanning and proof-of-delivery capture. Data collected is used solely for operational functionality.
