That is why the Sensiplan+ is not just a tracker — it is a digital companion that supports structured self-observation instead of automated predictions. Sensiplan+ is not about handing over responsibility to an algorithm — it is about learning, understanding, and making informed decisions grounded in reliable body signals. With time, this knowledge can strengthen body awareness, cycle confidence, and reproductive autonomy.

We developed the Sensiplan+ to support women throughout their fertile years. Whether you are just beginning to observe your cycle after your first period (menarche), navigating changing needs across life stages, or deepening your fertility awareness as an adult, Sensiplan empowers you to become the expert on your own body.

To meet women and girls where they are in life, the Sensiplan+ offers different settings tailored to different age groups and needs. In addition to the full version for adult women, the app includes dedicated features for: ● young girls up to 18 years, and ● teenagers up to 20 years,

supporting safe, age-appropriate, and structured cycle tracking. These settings help build a respectful understanding of the menstrual cycle during adolescence — without pressure, prediction, or unnecessary complexity.

The Sensiplan+ is designed for women who want to actively engage with their fertility, build lasting understanding, and observe themselves with care — supported by a digital tool that respects both science and privacy.

The Sensiplan+ (Config. Woman) is developed and registered in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on Medical Devices (MDR) as a Class I medical device. Important: The Sensiplan+ is designed for users who want to learn and apply the Sensiplan rules and actively observe their own fertility signs. It is not intended for users who only want to enter basic data and expect the app to perform precise observations or interpretation on their behalf.

The app’s reliability depends on self-observation skills, a solid understanding of the Sensiplan rules, and the user’s ability to interpret the information displayed in the app. Self-observation of fertility signs using the Sensiplan method is also described in the book “Natural and Safe”, a practical guide to Sensiplan. If anything is unclear or you have questions, consulting a certified Sensiplan advisor is recommended.

Privacy & data security: personal data is stored on your mobile device. Any data processed on external servers is fully anonymized and used solely to ensure stability and to monitor and improve the app. Limitations of use: ● Sensiplan+ does not replace contraception
● The app is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with a menstrual cycle who are taking medication that affects the female cycle. ● not intended for girls before menarche or women no longer of reproductive age.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

The app is free to use for the first three cycles. After the third cycle, purchase of a premium subscription is required to keep on using premium features like daily fertility determination, personalized notifications and standardized medical report.

Our subscription options are: • 1 month for 4.99 € • 1 year for 49.99€

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
