Ask a Question with two to four options. Members can answer from the Lock Screen or the room; the first response decides and the result updates for everyone.

Use an Urgent Ping when delivery is time-sensitive. Use a Confirmation Ping when you need to know someone acted. Choose either one, or combine them.

Create a live update for a status, steps, progress, metrics, countdown, decision, or matchup. Update it as the event unfolds and keep the latest state visible in the room, on the Lock Screen, and in the Dynamic Island.

LET THE ROOM PING ITSELF

With PingRoom Pro, rooms can Ping from a place, a schedule, or another app.

PingRoom saves the place and radius so the automation can sync. Your phone evaluates arrivals and departures, then sends the trigger event so PingRoom can tell it entered or exited that area. It does not send a live GPS sample or travel path. A place is shared only when you attach it to a Ping.

Schedule a Ping for a date or repeat it on the days you choose. Connect webhooks so apps, services, and automations can Ping a room when something happens.
