Wave RCM puts returnable container management in the palm of your hand. Built for warehouse, dock, and logistics teams, the app connects to your Wave RCM platform so you can track returnable transport items (RTIs) and run daily operations from any supported handheld or mobile device.

Scan and identify containers, pallets, racks, and packaging using barcode, passive RFID, active RFID, and BLE. Look up any RTI to see its current location, status, and recent activity in real time. Commission new RTIs, receive inbound shipments, pick and ship outbound loads with destination tracking, and flag or clear out-of-service items, all from the floor. The app also drives RFID dock-door portals for automated, hands-free scanning.

As a multi-tenant SaaS platform, Wave RCM brings enterprise security, role-based access, and location-based permissions to every deployment, so each user sees only what they are authorized to.
