Friend Memo is a contacts-and-notes app built for one job: turning “I should reach out again” into action—without letting relationships slip. Keep rich details your way, separate from the built-in address book.

Who it’s for

You have info you don’t want in the system Contacts app but do want to keep carefully. You organize people with tags and notes—work, hobbies, school friends, and more. You want to record when to follow up next, alongside the rest of their profile. You manage multiple phone numbers, addresses, and social handles in one place per person. You want your data to survive device changes with cloud sync instead of scattered notes. Getting started After first launch, sign in with email and password. Review the welcome overview, then go to your friends list.

Main features

Profile Save a real name plus nicknames. The list can prioritize nicknames so names match how you actually call people.

Contact channels in one place Multiple phone numbers and addresses. Link major social platforms and add your own platform names for custom accounts.

Tags Color-coded tags like “Work,” “Club,” or “Family friends.” Add or remove from list and detail views to make browsing and search easier.

Custom fields Define your own fields—text, number, or radio. Extend your “database” for certifications, hobbies, referrals, contract status, or anything else.

Notes and contact history Free-form notes per person plus a timeline of “when we spoke and about what”—handy for topics to pick up next time.

Next contact date & birthday Record when to reach out next and birthdays to help relationships stay warm.

Photos Set a profile photo from your library or camera (subject to system permissions).

Search Filter the list quickly by name as your network grows.

Archive Move people you rarely contact to archive to keep the main list tidy while keeping their data. Restore from the archive when needed.

Account & sync After sign-in, friends, tags, custom fields, and related data sync with the cloud. Right after login, a loading state is shown until sync completes to avoid briefly showing stale data.

Language Switch between Japanese and English in Settings.

Deleting data You can remove registered data in bulk from Settings. Please confirm carefully before proceeding.

Free vs. premium The free tier has limits on things like phone numbers, addresses, and nicknames. When you hit a limit, follow in-app guidance to consider premium. See App Store subscription details and in-app screens for pricing and terms.

Ads The app may show ads. For ad content and personalized ads, check iOS Tracking settings and your privacy preferences.
