User Reviews

User reviews largely praise the app for its gentle, senior‑friendly workouts and easy guidance that help balance and routine. However, multiple reports of stability crashes, non‑opening apps, and playback issues dominate the negative feedback. Pricing transparency is a major concern, with several users feeling misled about free access versus paid subscriptions. Progress tracking bugs and limited progression add frustration. To succeed, the app should improve stability, fix progression and playback bugs, and clearly communicate pricing.
Pros
  • Gentle, low‑impact tai chi workouts that are seniors‑friendly and help with balance, joints, and overall fitness (improved balance, steadier movement, and shoulder comfort mentioned).
  • Clear, guided workouts with calm pacing and easy‑to‑follow instruction (guidance praised across reviews).
  • Supports establishing a routine and shows early positive benefits after short sessions (users feel difference quickly and appreciate keeping a regular practice).
Cons
  • Advertising/policy issue where the app is described as free but requires a subscription after an initial period (frustrating to users).
  • Frequent stability and reliability problems: app crashes, won’t open, screen/video freezes, or blank screens.
  • Progression and unlocking issues: level progress gets stuck (e.g., 92% completion) and some users worry about limited progression without paying.
  • Video/audio playback problems: video not displaying properly while audio plays or other playback glitches.

Not Free I’ve been at this 20 odd days or so Same bloody movement every time - Never the same on how presented for you to follow The spoken words have nothing to do with how the “model” is doing the movement Just 16 June 26 found and did an update let’s see if improvements have been made If not DONT waste your money Do the 4 free days And then just do it on your own - had I known that would have been my plan instead of wasting money

I downloaded this app. They said I had a seven day free trial. I realize that I did not like it. So I tried to unsubscribe an hour after downloading it. And they still charge me the monthly subscription amount. When I contacted Apple to get a refund, they told me that this app is not eligible for a refund. So even though they say that is a free day trial do not press subscribe unless you really want the app. you can get free workouts on YouTube.
