CollectFlow: The Offline Field Companion for Energy Auditors Note: This mobile application is the dedicated field data collection tool for the CollectFlow Web Platform. A CollectFlow user account is required to log in. CollectFlow streamlines the commercial energy auditing process by separating field collection from office reporting. This mobile app allows your field team to securely capture site data, organize photos, and log mechanical assets in areas with zero connectivity. Once your site visit is complete, simply sync the app to your CollectFlow cloud account. All data processing—including AI nameplate extraction and Excel report generation—is handled automatically on the CollectFlow Web Dashboard. MOBILE APP CORE FEATURES (Field Operations): • True Offline Capability: Built for the reality of commercial sites. Work seamlessly in deep mechanical rooms and sub-basements with zero cellular or WiFi signal. Your data is stored locally on your device and syncs only when you choose. • Structured Asset Logging: Categorize your building walk-throughs precisely. Create spatial zones (e.g., Boiler Rooms, Kitchens) and log individual assets within those spaces to maintain a clean data hierarchy. • Automated Photo Organization: Stop scrolling through disorganized camera rolls. Use the app to snap photos of equipment, nameplates, and blueprints. The app automatically links every photo to the specific asset you are inspecting. • Hands-Free Voice Notes: Record field observations quickly. Use the built-in voice note feature to attach audio dictations directly to equipment profiles, saving you from typing on small screens in dark environments. • Smart WiFi Sync: Protect your cellular data plan. Use the built-in "Sync over WiFi only" toggle to push your heavy photo files and site data securely to the CollectFlow cloud when you return to the office. WEB PLATFORM CAPABILITIES (Office Operations): The following features are accessible via the CollectFlow Web Dashboard after syncing your mobile data: • AI Nameplate Extraction: Our cloud OCR engine automatically scans your synced photos to extract Make, Model, Serial Number, and Voltage. • ASHRAE Level 1 & 2 Output: Generate clean, structured Excel (.XLSX) and .CSV data tables pre-configured for energy modeling. • Photo Export: Download perfectly organized folders where every image is automatically renamed to match its corresponding asset.
