FluxCare

FluxCare is a care management application designed for service providers, agencies, and clients who deliver and receive services authorized by California Regional Centers.

The app enables providers to record service sessions using clock-in and clock-out functionality, with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) supported through integration with SendEata, an EVV data aggregator.

FluxCare allows authorized users to:

1. View remaining authorized service hours

2. Review service information related to Regional Center–authorized services

For service providers and agencies, FluxCare includes reporting tools to support operational processes such as billing review and payroll preparation.

FluxCare is designed to support California EVV requirements while improving visibility into service delivery and maintaining accurate service records.
