I started using Notfit in April 2026 and this has been very beneficial for me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Before Notfit, I did the same workout every day without building any strength and I ignored certain areas of my body. With Notfit, I now have access to a variety of workouts and food recipes that strengthen my body in different ways. Each workout has its own unique focus. There is a variety of great coaches with their own unique styles to learn from, and I’ve learned something great from all of them. With Notfit I’ve become stronger, more confident, and more disciplined. I definitely recommend joining!

Best (anti) fitness app out there. From the achievable goals, variety of workouts and levels, recipes, and other thoughtful details like the journal, progress slider, Tazzy bot- this app has it all. And probably the best bit- the community. By far the most inclusive, supportive community out there. I feel part of something beyond just a fitness app user. Love it!
