Like others have pointed out, it prompts me to enter a phone number or email address to get a code to complete registration it this it faults every time. Without the app, it significantly reduces the value of the blood pretty device

The initial sign up will not allow me to register as an error code asks me to either add a phone number or e-mail address and neither will work without generating an error code. The app support is written in Chinese.
