Features & Capabilities

CarMod is an AI-powered car modification app that acts as a virtual garage to redesign and preview your car exactly as you want. Upload a photo, provide modification instructions, and transform it with AI to explore rims, body kits, colors, and styles—from classic to rally—and add cinematic drifting scenes. Edit with a variety of effects (Transformers, Ghost Rider, Halloween) and save or share your creations.

Key features include instant AI transformations, multiple design styles (classic, modern, sport, luxury, retro, rally), customizable rims, body kits, LED headlights, bumpers, side skirts, interior options, and neon lighting. Build your virtual garage, preview action-packed scenes, and export or share your designs with ease. For questions, contact gdmobiledesk@gmail.com.

User Reviews

Overall, reviews are largely negative. The biggest complaints center on paywalls and ongoing costs (subscription, tokens) to access features, with many reports of credits being spent without delivering videos or images. Users also describe outputs as not matching expectations or advertised visuals (e.g., different car) and encounter download/generation errors. A smaller portion notes positive experiences—realistic visuals and stylish car appearances—when the service actually works. Customer support is sometimes unresponsive. The consensus is that reliability and value are major issues.

Pros

Realistic and high-quality visuals when the AI generates videos/images.
Car styling and appearance customization that users find appealing.
Some users describe the app as great or worth downloading.

Cons

Requires upfront payment and ongoing costs (subscription, tokens) to access features.
Credits or subscriptions are reported to be spent without delivering videos/images; there are generation/download errors.
Output often does not match advertised visuals or is not the user's actual car.
Support responsiveness can be poor or unhelpful.
