Stop circling the block looking for parking in Istanbul. Park Rehberi puts every parking lot in the city on one map with its free spaces, price and opening hours, so you can decide where to go before you set off.

Lots are colour coded on the map: plenty, medium, few, full and closed. Is there space in the district you are heading to, how much is the hourly rate, are the first minutes free — you see it at a glance.

This is an independent guide. It is not the official app of ISPARK or the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Parking data comes from the public service published on the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Open Data Portal.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Availability on the map: Lot pins are coloured by how much space is left; tap one to see capacity, free spaces, opening hours, lot type and free first minutes where offered. • Parking near me: Lots within 10 km are sorted from nearest to farthest, with the distance in metres. • Search and filter: Search by district or lot name and narrow the list down with the "with free spaces" filter. Kadikoy, Besiktas, Sisli, Uskudar, Bakirkoy, Beyoglu, Levent, Mecidiyekoy and every other district on both the European and Asian side are covered. • Lot details: Total capacity, free spaces, occupancy percentage, address, district, opening hours, lot type (open air or covered), free period, tariffs and monthly fee on a single screen. • Metro connection: Lots within walking distance of a metro station are badged on the map, and the nearest station is shown in the details. Park the car and finish the trip by rail. • Directions: Tap "Get directions" to route straight to the lot you picked. • Favourites: Save the lots you use often with the heart icon and open them from the Favourites tab. • Freshness: A "just now" or "12 minutes ago" label tells you when the data was last updated; if the service is unreachable, the last known data is shown with an offline notice. • Theme and language: Light, dark and system themes; Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic interface with right to left layout in Arabic. • Free, no ads, no sign-up.

PRIVACY

No account or registration is needed and the app carries no ads. Your name, email or identity details are never requested. Location permission is used only to sort nearby lots on your device; your location is not sent to a server. Favourites and settings stay on your device. Only anonymous crash reports and usage statistics are collected to improve the app.

Availability and pricing come from a public data service, so they may be delayed, incomplete or different from the situation on site; the signage and tariff at the lot itself take precedence.

DATA SOURCE AND LICENCE

Parking data is provided by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Open Data Portal (data.ibb.gov.tr) and contains public sector information licensed under the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.
