Add your contacts and set a priority level for each one. Good Contact watches for people you haven't heard from recently and flags them as At Risk, based on thresholds you control. A quick glance at your dashboard tells you who needs attention today.

SMART REMINDERS

Create one-time or recurring reminders for calls, emails, meetings, coffee, and meals, free for everyone. With Premium, stagger bulk reminders across your whole network, so you're never hit with 20 follow-ups on the same day.

ENGAGEMENT PLANS

Build or deepen relationships with structured 8-step plans spread across 12 months. Choose a Build Relationship or Deepen Relationship template – each step is a suggested activity tailored to the relationship type, and you can customise the activities, timing, and intervals before you start.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your contacts are stored on your device, protected by Apple's Data Protection, the same on-device encryption that secures Mail, Photos, and Messages. You sign in with Apple, so we never see, store, or transmit a password. Your contact data never touches our servers.

SYNC ACROSS YOUR DEVICES

Enable iCloud sync (Premium) to keep your contacts, reminders, and activities up to date across iPhone and Mac through your own CloudKit database in your iCloud account. Apple Contacts sync is free and pull-only: preview and apply updates from your device's Contacts whenever you choose, with no continuous background syncing.

CALENDAR INTEGRATION

IMPORT & EXPORT

Good Contact is free for up to 25 active contacts with activity tracking, tags, custom reminders (including recurring), and free Apple Contacts sync. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited contacts, engagement plans, insights, staggered bulk reminders, calendar sync, and iCloud sync across your devices.

Good Contact Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
