iMI: Link brings real-time CNC machine monitoring to your iPhone and iPad. Connect to your Intelligence Link server and see your shop floor status from anywhere.

REAL-TIME MONITORING See machine status instantly — Running, Setup, Idle, Alarm, or Offline. View current program, live G-code execution, active tool, cycle time, part counts, and production metrics updated in real-time via WebSocket connection. Switch between Grid View to see all machines at once or Focus View to monitor one machine at a time with full-width detail.

SMART ALARM & E-STOP DISPLAY Emergency stop conditions and alarm states are clearly identified with informative cards explaining likely causes — even when the CNC doesn't return specific alarm codes.

PRODUCTION REPORTS Generate detailed reports for Shift, Day, Week, or Month periods. Track utilization, runtime, parts produced, and alarm history. Tap any summary card to drill down into state timelines, alarm events, production cycles, and OEE breakdowns. Share reports as a quick summary or a comprehensive detailed export. AI-powered insights highlight trends and patterns to help optimize your operations.

MULTI-FACILITY SUPPORT Manage connections to multiple Intelligence Link servers. Switch between facilities with one tap. Previously approved devices reconnect instantly — no waiting for re-approval. Credentials are securely stored using iOS Keychain with device-only protection.
