The Writers Forge was designed for anyone who has a story to tell. With spoken word, you will be able to transcribe your video or audio capture and write your book. The software will transcribe your words, and then, with your direction, you will have a digital assistant that will help you put those words into a chapter. Designed for you to write the first draft of a book in 30 days, or for those who know what must be told, can be completed as fast as you can speak.

The app can be your co-writer to whatever level you request. After three installments, a directional suggestion system will activate and give you prompts to help you narrow down what you want to write. You will be able to move your text around in the app so that you can arrange the thoughts with the touch of your screen.

When you are ready to polish or publish, you will be able to export your draft in TXT, DocX, and PDF.

I had always wanted to write my own story but felt overwhelmed by the numerous thoughts and ideas that flowed when I would initially start writing. This app singlehandedly helped me de-tangle the mess of ideas in my brain to create a coherent story that I was proud of. I was able to use the voice dictation software built into the app to organize all of my thoughts to create a suitable flowing plot line. If you have ever had aspirations of writing or felt afraid of starting the process I can tell you that the writer’s forge finally helped me jump that hurdle and create my own full fledged story. I cannot recommend this app enough to any aspiring authors, storytellers or screen writers.

I have taught creative writing for many years to students of all ages. This resource is an excellent educational tool that has helped my students to organize their thoughts. Especially with young writers or those with learning disabilities—being able to get stories from creative spark to print is time consuming and frustrating. It never really manifests the way it was imagined. This tool has given my students the ability to create and enjoy it. It asks excellent questions and gives thoughtful writing prompts. Well done!
