With MyCare.scot, you can quickly and safely view key details held by NHS Scotland, including: • Your Community Health Index (CHI) number • Some of the personal details stored by NHS Scotland, such as your home address • Your medication and allergy information • Your Covid and flu vaccination record since 2021 • Health and care services available near you

Your information is protected using the same high‑level safeguards and security standards that NHS Scotland uses for all health and care information.
