Why Glyph? Unlike typical language apps, Glyph focuses exclusively on learning writing. You don't need to learn grammar or vocabulary—you focus on recognizing and writing characters. It's the perfect first step before learning a language!

Glyph places a special emphasis on writing systems of less popular languages for which there is a lack of easily accessible and engaging educational materials. From the Canadian Inuktitut syllabics, through Berber Tifinagh, to the vertical Manchu script that once recorded the archives of an entire empire—you'll find courses here that practically no one else offers. Where no speech synthesizer exists (Tamazight, Manchu), the pronunciation was recorded by real human voices.
