A Timeless Practice for the Modern World In our tradition, we don't just give "charity." We give Tzedakah—a word that means justice or righteousness. We believe that we are faithful "trustees" of the resources we receive, and it is our responsibility to return those resources to where they truly belong: in the hands of those who need them most.

The 12th-century sage Maimonides taught that the frequency of our giving is what truly shapes us. About MADA MADA Community Centre has been nourishing Montréal for over 30 years. As a volunteer-based organization and a leader in food security, we provide nutritious meals and dignified support to our neighbours in need, regardless of their background. 100% of your Tzedakah through this app goes directly to our community programmes, including food packages and emergency assistance.
