This is an app designed to support aging in adults age 65 and older living in New Mexico. Designed with seniors in mind, the app helps you stay informed and proactive about key areas of aging – at your own pace. The app guides you through questions across areas, including memory and thinking, vision, hearing, mobility, nutrition, and mental well-being. Based on your responses, the app provides personalized tips and practical next steps including local resources. The app is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical care.
