Supported hardware capabilities include:

• General Systems: Rename speakers, adjust bass levels, modify group settings for Video Sync, and disable the auto-off timer on most SoundTouch devices.

• SoundTouch 20 / 30 / Portable: Toggle the front LED clock display.

• SoundTouch 300 & Lifestyle 550/600/650: Access advanced home theater settings. Adjust individual center channel and surround speaker volumes, manage HDMI-CEC settings, enable HDMI-In, assign the source button on your remote, and toggle Speaker Selection.

This app is a one time charge app. I love that! It replaces the now not supported Bose Soundtouch app. Bose dropped support for the Soundtouch Soundbar. The Better ST app is a complete replacement. It works perfectly as a replacement. The developer is very responsive and supportive. He continues to updating the app making it better! I recommend the Better ST app for support and replacement of the Bose Soundtouch Soundbars. It's a great app. Get it if you need to get your Soundtouch Soundbar control again! I am very happy I bought the Better ST app to control my Soundtouch 300. Thank you, Qian for this app!

Works as well if not better than the original SoundTouch app. Full functionality is restored with use of presets! You will need to disconnect from the Bose server but the app walks you through the process.

Really love this app for my 10 SoundTouch speakers. The functionality is great and the ability to create speaker groups is very convenient. The introduction of preset button capabilities in version 2.0 is fantastic. Sometimes when I stop a group it will only partially stop and it will create a new group with the speakers left on - so I have to go and delete those groups. It’s a mild frustration and that’s what makes this 4 rather than 5 stars. But…buy this app and become a supporter for another $4.99 - absolute money well spent!
