I was excited to sign up for the app since I follow you on YouTube. I was very disappointed that the email code to verify my account in the sign up process never came through. I tried two different emails checked spam folders and nothing. This app definitely needs work 😢

I did not receive the email to confirm my account. I entered my email correctly. I cannot reset my password or log in. I sent an email to Bp to get assistance. Respond to address my issue.

And I was so excited about the app! I can’t even get it on my phone. Never mind I won’t use the app! 😢 it won’t even send the registration code……. It needs work!!
