CBEU HRMS is a modern, secure Human Resource Management System designed exclusively for authorized members of the Ceylon Bank Employees' Union (CBEU). The mobile application simplifies daily HR activities and improves transparency by providing employees, supervisors, and HR teams with convenient access to essential HR services through a clean, user-friendly interface.

With CBEU HRMS, users can manage attendance records, apply for and track leave, view payroll details and payslips, and stay informed with important organizational announcements all from a single mobile application.

The app offers comprehensive attendance management, allowing users to view daily attendance, working hours, overtime details, and historical records with real-time updates. Leave management features enable employees to apply for leave, monitor approval status, review leave balances, and access leave history seamlessly. Payroll functionality provides secure access to monthly salary details, including allowances and deductions, with the ability to download payslips directly to the device.

Supervisors are provided with role-based access to monitor attendance and leave information of employees within their departments, supporting effective workforce management and decision-making. Built-in notifications ensure users receive timely alerts for approvals, HR announcements, policy updates, and system messages.

CBEU HRMS is built with strong security and privacy controls, including OTP-based authentication, encrypted data transmission, and role-based access management to ensure user information remains protected at all times. Continuous UI improvements and performance optimizations deliver a smooth, reliable user experience across devices.
