Record payments as they come in, and send a polite WhatsApp reminder when one is late. Customers who have paid ahead show separately, so money you hold is never mistaken for money you are owed.

Balances from before you installed the app can be entered by hand, so day one is not a blank page.

Old Gold Purchase Value a customer's old gold instantly — weight, purity (24K, 22K, 18K, 14K), rate and wastage, with a breakdown you can show across the counter.

New Jewellery Sale Full costing including gold cost, making charges (percentage, per-gram or flat), wastage, stone value and GST.

Exchange The one that takes longest on paper. Old gold credit and new jewellery cost together, ending in the exact balance to pay or return. GST is applied to making charges only, the way an exchange should be billed.
