Features & Capabilities

SocialLite keeps your social experience focused. It blocks addictive elements like short-form video feeds, algorithmic recommendations, Explore and discovery pages, live streams, and ads, while preserving direct messages, profiles you visit, and your ability to post.

How it works: stay in the moment with a focused browsing experience. Tap a video someone sent and watch it without auto-playing the next one. Privacy-first: SocialLiteApp doesn’t track or sell your data.

User Reviews

The app was really good, being able to smoothly switch between apps and have them run at a good pace. Now with the recent overhaul update, load times are slower, the UI is not as nice to look at, the apps are muted until you close and reopen them, and they function worse overall. For example, if scrolling through comments on a YouTube video and you scroll up, your video will just minimize which is just inconvenient and annoying.
