FLOW + ESCROW (MORE CONFIDENT TRANSACTIONS) ListHappy acts like a mini-escrow service:

• Buyer makes an offer or claims at the target price
• Seller accepts the offer ( or declines ). Offers below a minimum amount are auto-declined.
• Accepted ( or claimed ) transactions authorize payment first (so sellers know they’re real)
• Payment authorization via Venmo, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or ListHappy balance
• ListHappy holds the transaction to ensure buyer shows up!
• Funds are captured when the handoff is confirmed
• Sellers get paid out through the app to their Venmo account. Or they can keep a ListHappy balance towards other purchases.
