Digital Certificate Wallet with Smart Expiry Tracking

The system automatically detects issue and expiry dates and sends timely push notifications when recertification deadlines are approaching - typically 90, 60, and 30 days in advance. Users can export their certificates to email, messaging apps, or generate QR codes for quick scanning.
