The app helps patients stay connected with their clinical care team by providing transparency into performed treatments and enabling the tracking of key health data.

kinexus supports both Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) and Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD) patients, offering a clear and structured view of their therapy information.

Prescription Visibility • Refer to your current dialysis prescriptions at any time, helping you to stay informed and aligned with the care plan from your Healthcare Providers. • CAPD: View manual exchange schedules and prescribed solution types • APD: Review programmed therapy settings for the cycler treatment

Treatment Data Logging • CAPD: For manual exchanges, kinexus functions as a digital logbook for you to record CAPD exchanges with relevant data points for your clinical care team • APD: APD treatment data is captured independent of the app, and is not submitted through the app. This information is made available to the clinical care team to support ongoing therapy monitoring.

3. Health Vitals Tracking To support daily monitoring and overall wellness, you can also enter and track key health measurements, including: • Blood pressure • Blood glucose • Body temperature • Weight (pre- and post-dialysis)
