Open the app and today's session is already there. Every exercise shows what you did last time, so you always know the number to beat. Logging a set takes about two seconds.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Gym basements kill reception. GoHarder writes everything to your phone first and syncs once you are back online, so nothing stalls between sets.

TRAIN WITH YOUR COACH If you have a trainer, they build your program on the web and it lands on your phone: the week, the running order, what comes next. When they change something you had already edited, the app tells you what changed instead of quietly overwriting your work.

Your training data is stored on your device and synced to your private account. Nobody else sees your log unless you connect a coach or post it yourself.
