Fridays Music

Fridays is a ritual and dedicated space to share music with your friends. The idea is simple: every weekend you and your friends post a song – it can be a song you've been bumping recently, something nostalgic, one that reflects your mood, a hidden gem — whatever your heart desires.

Every Friday at 5PM ET, your feed opens where you can view and listen to your friends' posts. You can favorite, comment, and open links to stream the full song. You can also show a friend some love by crowning your favorite song of the week. Sunday night, the week resets until the posting window and feed open again next Friday.

Follow your friends, mutuals, and the people whose taste you trust. Feel free to invite your groupchats to join a group – your dorm, your team, your crushes, your exes – groups you care about tuning in for. When the feed opens, you can filter by group to see what you've posted as a unit.

Set your pick any time during the week leading up to Friday using the queue on the Countdown page. If you're between songs, add them as contenders and make it a game-time decision.
