Mr. Lube Training is a simple and reliable tool for managing employee training at store level. Admins, managers, and trainers can view all store users, track trainee progress, and approve daily and weekly modules as they are completed. The app displays each trainee’s start date, certifications, and progress through the required tasks, and it allows supervisors to review work, leave notes, and stay connected throughout the training process. It also includes a clear admin dashboard for overseeing stores, roles, and employee access. The goal of the app is to make onboarding and skill development easy to follow for both trainees and supervisors, while keeping training consistent across every location.
