RentalEase Technician is the internal mobile app for technicians working with RentalEase-managed properties. This app is not a public marketplace. Access is provided only to approved technicians connected to a RentalEase account.

What you can do:

• Claim available jobs Browse available work and claim jobs when you’re ready to take them on.

• See the details you need on-site Open a job to view property address, job information, and contact details—so you can work efficiently without back-and-forth.

• Manage jobs from start to finish Track your assigned jobs, keep an eye on due dates, and complete work when it’s ready.

• Upload completion reports Attach job completion reports to keep records clear and professional.

• Track payments View payment status and history in one place.

• Stay updated Receive push and in-app notifications when new jobs are available and when important job updates happen.

• Dark mode Comfortable viewing in any lighting.

Privacy & security We protect technician and job data with secure authentication and encryption. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third‑party ads.

Requirements • Active RentalEase technician account (provided by your company) • iOS 13.0 or later • Internet connection for job updates and notifications
