DiningIQ is an AI-powered meal planning and nutrition tracking app built specifically for University of Maryland (UMD) dining. Set your goals, diet style, restrictions, and other inputs, and DiningIQ generates a personalized meal plan using UMD dining hall menu and nutrition data—so you can eat smarter, hit your macros, and stay consistent.

AI-Powered Meal Recommendations

• Personalized meal options based on your personal traits (gender, age, weight, height), goal (Build Muscle, Lose Weight, Maintain Fitness), diet type (Classic, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian), workout frequency, and allergies/restrictions. • Recommendations are created from UMD dining hall menu items and nutrition info. • View meal options across all UMD dining halls: South Campus, Yahentamitsi, and 251 North.

Meal Logging Made Easy

• Log meals by selecting dining hall entrees (with search). • Add multiple items per meal, adjust serving sizes, and automatically calculate calories and macros. • Edit or remove logged meals, and copy meals to another meal type or to the current day when available.

Macro Tracking + Weekly Analytics

• Track calories, protein, carbs, and fats from everything you log. • See a weekly dashboard with totals and daily charts to spot trends and stay on track.

Secure Sign-In + Profile Controls • Sign in with Apple or Google. • Update your height, weight, age, goals, diet preferences, workout frequency, and restrictions anytime.
