Love sparkling water at home but tired of running out of CO₂? EcoFizz makes it simple: order online, get delivery to your door or pick up at a GLS ParcelShop, and return empties when it suits you.

WHAT IS ECOFIZZ? EcoFizz delivers CO₂ cylinders for your soda maker. Buy once or subscribe for regular deliveries — always fizz in the fridge, less waste, less hassle.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose how many cylinders you need (ordered in pairs).
2. Select home delivery or pickup at a nearby GLS ParcelShop.
3. Pick your delivery date and pay securely by card.
4. Track your order or subscription in the app.
5. Return empty cylinders at GLS drop-off points using the instructions and QR code we email you.

ONE-TIME ORDERS • Order cylinders whenever you need them. • View history and delivery status for every order. • Email invoices when available. • Refundable deposit per cylinder — credited back to your account when empties are returned.

SUBSCRIPTION • Set up recurring deliveries at your preferred frequency. • Choose your start date and delivery address. • View and manage active subscriptions. • Reschedule when you need to. • We notify you before upcoming shipments so you can make changes.

FLEXIBLE DELIVERY • Home delivery in eligible areas. • GLS ParcelShop pickup — choose your point on the map from the nearest locations. • Track shipment and delivery status in the app.

CYLINDER RETURNS • See which cylinders you owe back and return deadlines. • Get email instructions and a QR code for GLS drop-off. • Find nearby return points from the app. • Deposit refunded as account credit once the return is confirmed.

YOUR ACCOUNT • EcoFizz credits toward future purchases. • Full history of orders, subscriptions, charges, and returns. • Invoices available to email on request. • App available in Spanish, English, and Catalan.

SECURE PAYMENTS Card payments processed securely. Save your card for subscription renewals if you choose.
