I’m learning jujitsu and someone at the dojo recommended this app. I’m looking for a way to accelerate my learning. After entering each session I get real feedback about my moves. It talks to Apple Health so I get the session length and heart rate info on the same entry.

I optimize pretty much everything except my jiu-jitsu. 😂 This is the first thing I’ve found that actually seems to be working for me. I can just talk about my training and what happened during my rolls, and it keeps track of it and organizes it for me. The part I really didn’t expect was connecting it to Claude. Now I can be in the middle of a conversation and ask something like, “What have I been working on from the bottom over the last month?” and it can actually look at my previous training and tell me. Before Saturday’s class, I asked it to give me a quick summary of what I should be working on. It pointed out that I was spending too much time trying to get one particular move instead of finishing the position I had already created. It was right. That’s when I started thinking, OK, this might actually be useful.
