Cool little app. I use it to regularly track caffeine intake daily as having coffee at the wrong time severely messes with my sleep. The Dev was very responsive i came across the app inside of Reddit. The dev very kind and took the time to help me with my individual questions regarding fast metabolization of caffeine and how to tweak the app to get a better result on your own individual profile. This is definitely one of those apps that you keep on your phone, let it run in the background, it will remind you to track your caffeine intake, while Providing some tips and tricks you can use to lower the amount of circulating caffeine in your body. It’s really great for those who want to bio hack their sleep.
