Globez is a real-time public chat app for open, shared conversations.

The app features two live chat rooms: • Nationwide: a public chat visible to users across the United States • Nearby: a location-based chat that shows messages from people within 25 miles

Location sharing is optional. Only city and state are shown to other users, and exact location is never displayed.

Globez is built around fast, lightweight conversations. Messages update live, replies happen in real time, and chats focus on what’s happening now rather than long-lived posts or profiles.

To help keep conversations respectful, Globez includes built-in moderation tools. Users can reply to messages, block other users, and report content for review. Moderation combines automated systems and human oversight to address spam, abuse, and policy violations.
