Homera

Homera is a residential building management application that connects residents with their building administrators. The app provides tools for managing bills, reporting maintenance issues, and receiving building announcements.

Bills & Payments View all apartment invoices including paid and unpaid bills. Each invoice shows a detailed breakdown of utility and maintenance costs across categories like cleaning, elevator, lighting, electricity, water, gas, internet, and administrative fees. Download PDF copies of invoices for your records or preview them before payment. Track payment history with transaction IDs and view when each bill was issued and paid.

Issue Reporting & Tracking Report building maintenance issues with detailed descriptions and photo attachments. Issues are categorized by type including plumbing, electricity, elevator, security, heating, ventilation, lighting, doors, windows, parking, and more. Set priority levels (Low, Medium, High, Urgent) to indicate urgency. Track the status of your reports (Open, In Progress, Resolved, Closed, On Hold) and view both your personal issues and building-wide issues. Add comments to issues to communicate with administrators and other residents. Edit or delete your submitted reports as needed.

Announcements & News Receive building announcements and updates from your administrator. View the history of all announcements and get push notifications for urgent or important news. Stay informed about building events, maintenance schedules, and community notices.

Profile & Settings View your apartment details including floor and building name. Customize notification preferences to control which alerts you receive. Switch between multiple languages: English, Albanian, German, and Macedonian. Choose between automatic theme (follows system settings) or manual dark mode selection. Access privacy policy and view app version information.

Push Notifications Opt-in to receive real-time notifications for new building announcements, issue status updates, and payment reminders. Manage notification settings from your profile to customize which alerts you want to receive.

Security The app uses secure authentication and HTTPS connections to protect your personal information and financial records. Accounts are provisioned by building administrators to ensure only authorized residents have access.

Homera requires an active account set up by your building administrator. The app is designed for apartment buildings and residential communities that use Homera's management platform.
