I built LikertLogger as a public educator to help me make sense of my own days.

It offers a simple way to rate the parts of your day that matter most to you, like sleep, work, exercise, mood, or anything else you want to track, using a flexible 1–10 scale that keeps reflection quick and manageable.

Over time, those ratings turn into clear trends and averages. By adding notes and marking important events, such as milestones or life changes, it becomes easier to understand why patterns shift, not just that they do. Together, ratings and markers support more thoughtful, data-driven decisions about what to improve, adjust, or protect.

LikertLogger is not social media. There are no feeds, likes, or comparisons. Your data is private by default, and sharing is always optional and under your control.

Everything stays in sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
