Build a day-by-day itinerary, plan the route between your stops, and share the trip with whoever is coming. Whether it is a weekend away, a business trip, a holiday across several cities or a year of moving between countries, the details stay organized and your plans come with you, offline as well.

PLAN YOUR DAYS ON A MAP Each day is a route: the stops in order, the way between them, and how long each leg takes. Activities sit on the day they happen, in the local time of the place they happen, so a day that does not fit shows up before you are standing in it. The forecast for that day is on it too.

BUILD A ROUTE WITH MULTIPLE STOPS Add stops in any order and reorder them as plans change. Flights connect the stops, and the map draws the route the way you actually travel it, across as many countries as the trip takes.

COUNT YOUR DAYS IN EVERY COUNTRY NomadPoint counts how long you can stay on each passport you hold, including the Schengen 90/180 rolling window, and tells you the day you have to leave. Entry rules for 39,601 country and passport combinations are checked before you book, and passport expiry is watched early enough to renew.

IMPORT WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED Forward a booking confirmation and the flight or hotel files itself onto the right day. Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Vrbo and the airlines are recognized, and trips can be brought over from another planner.

BRING YOUR CALENDAR IN Events from your calendar appear alongside your itinerary, and you can add them as activities when they belong to the trip. Subscribe the trip back to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to keep it in your daily schedule.

PLAN AND TRAVEL TOGETHER Invite family, friends or colleagues, and everyone edits the same itinerary. Each traveler keeps their own passport, documents and day count, so a group holding three nationalities gets three answers rather than one.

STAY INFORMED ON THE GO Gate, terminal, delay and baggage updates arrive as they happen. Weather and local time zones sit on every day of the trip, and the whole itinerary opens offline when you have no connection.

KEEP YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS CLOSE Passports, visas, insurance, tickets and booking confirmations live with the trip and open without a connection. You choose which documents the people you are traveling with can see, and which stay yours.

TRACK EXPENSES AND LOOK BACK ON YOUR TRAVELS Watch what the trip costs as it runs, by country and by category, with a monthly view for long trips. Afterwards, look back on countries visited, nights away, flight time and distance traveled.

PLAN WITH YOUR AI ASSISTANT Connect Claude, or any MCP client, straight to your itinerary. Add a flight, a hotel or a whole route by asking for it.
